My name is Mike, a current member of the Interfolio staff. To clarify, Interfolio does not normally accept letters of recommendation via fax.

Currently, there are two options to upload your recommendation to Interfolio. The first, requires your letter writer to create a free account and submit your document electronically. The second, allows your recommendation writer to print the Interfolio request form and send it, along with your letter, to our address in Washington, D.C. Once it arrives, it will be uploaded to your account within 1-3 days.

We encourage all those interested in our services to call us directly at 202.223.3358x100 or email our Customer Experience staff at help@interfolio.com.

Thanks!

Be careful with Interfolio.

I had a very bad experience with them losing faxed recommendation letters, and then taking a week to get them figured out...and the only solution they could offer was calling my recommenders directly and asking the recommenders to sit on the line with them while they faxed in the letters...not a good way to make a good impression with recommenders who are doing you a big favor...I'd advise using your school's recommendation service if at all possible.
