Such a great service to patients. It is important to note that in any health care profession we must also consider the patient's quality of life. Saving a limb or savaging sight in a diabetic patient greatly increases the patient's quality of life and allows them to maintain independence. Also agree that our healthcare system needs to switch focus to preventative medicine. Good insight. Such a great service to patients.
