Great to see an example of someone who successfully transitioned out of clinical medicine into the non-clinical world.

I love the directness of these interview questions. As someone
who's seen quite a bit of how paperwork and bureaucracy can cause delays in treatments, I applaud Dr. Flashner's initiatives to incorporate info systems in the current health care system. (charting via voice recordings is a very cool idea! can't wait to see how it in action to help those chronic sleep deprived residents)

Dr. Flashner's tips on work/life balance, the importantce of time management and prioritization are great too. His career path also demonstrates the multidisciplinary facet and the flexibility of medicine and how his expertise is continuously adapted to the changing aspirations throughout his life.
