    It was most helpful. About the available dates and things to look out for.

    Will there be any podcasts for ppl. who had taken the CBT. About things that they had wished they had done or didn’t do. Whether the 10 mins. is to short or the best way to make good use of it e.t.c.

    LOVE PODCASTS–more of a audio learner.
