Surgical Consultation. Possible fracture of the cervical bone resulting in occlusion of one of the arteries (vertebral?), hence requiring surgical replacement of the bone. Lack of blood flow to cerebellum and occipital lobe could possible explain the loss in vision and dysdiadokinesia.
