They don't consider you until you have the score. I would wait unitl you get the scores back. I didn't even send in an app until November, but it depends on the school you apply to. MCAT is required for evaluation, otherwise it would be unfair.

It depends on the school. My two state schools communicate almost daily to find out whos going where. I would assume schools that share a common applicant pool would communicate some information to eachother.

I heard the same as the previous post. Mine was a blob as well last year. The schools did get paragraphs, but the personal statement is tiny print on the copy they get.
