My first day of internship was a call on the labor floor. I had never even delivered a baby by myself till that call. God it seems like forever.

So true. There was a mix up in the beginning of the year that messed up our keys for our call rooms. To make the story short we don't have our keys to our call room yet. I thought that this would be a problem, however I haven't missed the darn key as of yet. If I had my key now, I still would...

Oreintation began on June 12...lasted 2 weeks. First day of work was June 24.

OB/GYN interns also get to go to the OR to perform minor surgeries and deliver babies (yay! :) ) along with doing our fair amount of scut work.

Are you kidding? I've taken it twice for Strep throat and I would do it again in a heart beat. It is super efficient and you don't run the risk of missing a dose. It's not painful at all. You are such a baby! ;)
