Surgeon sent levels 1A, 1B, 2, 3, and 4/5 in 5 separate containers. Should this be 88307 x5 or 88307x1, since they are all technically part of one side of a neck dissection? Thanks! Edited to add: The main specimen is a glossectomy (i.e. not a larynx which has bundling for lymph nodes).

Why does it take so long to send out results for a completely computerized test? :confused:

Just took the online practive NBME test for Step 3 and got a 380, which is >1 SD below the mean according to the fine print at the end. :( Since there's no real score correlation provided, does anyone know if this roughly correlates to a passing score? Taking the real thing next week! :eek...

I only did the first two NBME tests. I got 187 on the 1st and 202 on the 2nd. Then 218 on the real thing. From what it sounds like here it tends to underestimates your score (if any correlation at all), or it might be because you end up studying the subjects it says you're weaker in. Either...
