I hear there were 4 unfilled spots. Two at one program and one each at two others. When is it "legal" to post the places? Friday?

Agree about prelim surg, disagree about the rest of this point.

Having lots of prelim surgery matches means: 1. Lots of people who matched into advanced residency positions for derm, rads, ophtho, anesthesia, etc., chose to do a year of surgery instead of a medicine year or transitional year. That could mean the school has someone or someones influencing...

I find it unfathomable that schools would not release the lists to their students. More likely is that no one from the schools has chosen to publish the list here.

Take these lists with a grain of salt. A lot of them are hand typed, and so will clearly have a few minor errors...
