Although I am just a entering MS1 this fall, and despite what everyone tells me about how my specialty preferences will change in the next few years, I still believe that I am interested in pursuing Diag. Radiology. What can I do, as a MS1, to improve my chances of getting into a good Radiology...

Is it true that if you are on the waitlist and do not write a letter or intent or an update letter, then you'll forever remain on the waitlist? Also, any clarification on the mysterious "high" vs. "low" on the waitlist?

Yea, does anyone have any more info about Phi Beta Kappa? I got invited to join, but I'm not sure if it's worth my $60. Does it help you after graduation from ugrad? Or is this just another scam to extract more money out of students?
