There was also a file review (really not a big deal, they just make sure you have all the pre-reqs and LOR's etc), that was conducted individually. All four of us were interviewed at the same time, by four different interviewers. Seems like it's the luck of the draw as to what interviewer you get. I heard that some are tougher than others.
