"You have had your practice open for a while. Joe, your first client, has been bringing his dog to you on a regular basis since he was a puppy. Recently, Joe went through a divorce and won custody of the dog. He comes to you and wants you to put him down because when he sees the dog, he remebers all of the times with his ex-wife. "How friendly EVERYONE was!!!"
"The students and faculty are SOOO friendly and welcoming. I love the family type atmosphere. You get an opportunity for a lot hands on experience. My interviewers were AWESOME!! They made me feel at ease and were real and not pretentious."
"That they have a developed research facility. That all of the students were open and friendly, we waited in a common area and students came in and introduced themselves and talked to us in between their classes. All students get mentors or "BIGs". You go into clinics in your 3rd yr."
"friendly atmosphere, low stress, historic campus"
"Construction in the background from outside was distracting. Abrupt ending"
"the location was hard to find"
"The city of Tuskegee"
"The surrounding area."
"Nothing...well the Kellogg was at first depressing, but after our incident, we received first class service...GO KELLOGG!"
"Nothing really. The surrounding area is kind of dilapidated, but that's just Southern Alabama (no offense!) The water in the shower at the hotel would stand and not go down the drain. The wallpaper was coming down in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was stained up and felt really dirty. The chairs were covered with brown stains. the food in the cafe was good, but service was slow and would disappear, but they were friendly. On a positive note, their was a pillowtop mattress that was really comfortable and I slept well. I guess that's what really counts."
"TU is in the center of a very rural town. Many student's live in Auburn and commute to the vet school. 15-30 minute drive depending on where your coming from."
"surrounding area"
"I would get to talk to students leading up to my interview"
"how open and nice everyone is"
"How relaxed the interview was going to be."
"That the surrounding area is not very safe."

"How rural Tuskegee is, makes it slightly difficult to find the school the first time traveling there."
"the state of the surrounding area"
"Enjoyed the atmosphere. Anxious to hear an answer"
"A great interview, very professional and a great school"
"The people that attend TU are ridiculously courteous and wholesomely gracious people. Just a note they do a substantial amount of terminal surgeries during their third years, however this does enable them to come out of vet school as stronger surgeons"
"The interview was great. We had a conversation the ENTIRE hour and 15 minutes. I was only asked like 3 typical interview questions. We mostly talked about my life, horses, and food animals. We then talked about the curriculum and about how I needed to look for scholarships and loans. They are really proactive about you getting accepted. i believe that they want to help you with getting your ducks in a row when it comes to finding money and a place to live."
"The people seem really down to earth and helpful. I really like the family feel and all of the interwees seemed friendly as well. I hope I get in!!"
"Campus is beautiful. Unlike some things that I have heard about the school before, the campus is a Historical site and so the historical buildings are still there and just a beautiful campus."
"Went very well, and didn't make me nervous. The students and faculty were genuinely very kind and helpful."
