"The people. Don't underestimate this when choosing a school. Med school is hard and having classmates & faculty that have you back is HUGE. Also, the ultrasound curriculum is a huge bonus. Faculty very accessible and responsive to student feedback. Students consistently outperform national averages on the boards across every subject category. Graduates match well. Tons of opportunities for research, global health involvement, leadership, electives, additional degrees (MPH, MBA, etc)."

"The environment. There are plenty of opportunities to make medical school exactly what you want (which is probably true at many schools). If you want to study all the time and honor everything you can. If you want to have a personal life and pass and still do ok in the match, you can.
