"Looked at questions on SDN and used what I knew about getting into two schools previously about what I knew worked or didn't work at an interview." Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"Literally everything. The student body is very chill, the hospital is huge and impressive, the interviewers read my file in depth and asked specific questions, the housing is cheap and very nice, the area is safe but also close enough to East Harlem so you get a wide variety of patients at Mount Sinai and the affiliates." What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"Don't get there early. I got there 30 minutes early and there were no admissions faculty in the office. Also the room that it's in starts with a 13 which means it's on the 13th floor, and there are 3 different sets of elevators to take you to different floors. Also it is in the hospital so everyone has somewhere to be, so try not to get in anyones way on the way there." Report Response

Hotel Wales which is becoming a condo in January 2020, book it while you can because it's cheap and if you stay with a student you may have to sleep on a couch
