"All though TUCOM's panel interview format is innovative, it does not work well for all personality types -it can be intimidating and impersonal. Some people's personality is more well suited for the one-on-one interview style and comes out better in those settings. In our group, it was obvious which students can hold their own in a panel interview style and can do well in that format. " Report Response
