What impressed you positively?

"UVA has a great reputation and it is built on its strong faculty and research experience. All of the students seemed pretty happy (even the 1st years who were taking exams) so it's not ultra competitive." Report Response

"The facilities are only so-so. During rotations, you likely have to go to some other hospitals in the state which are not as good." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"The fourth year is almost completely your own to design as you wish. Most people spend a lot of time off-site during their fourth year." Report Response

"The interviews were not particularly stressful. Both interviewers were mostly familiar with my file so they chose to ask other things about me and they seemed genuinely interested. They were also very conversational and friendly." Report Response
