"Studied the University of Washington website for ethics (this is advice for ANY interview...it's comprehensive enough that it will give you something intelligent to say in response to any ethics question and concise enough to read in about 2 hours.)" Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"The facilities are beautiful. There is no EGO at this school. Faculty and students are down to earth. There is no "inferiority complex" that I would have expected. People generally seem happy and the staff seems dedicated to making you a good physician." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"The water main busted so we couldn't visit the nationally renown anatomy lab. Food is rather expensive...this may seem trivial but there aren't many places to eat around campus." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"This is not a "safety" medical school. They have a sound curriculum, good residency matches and they are proud of it." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Some people have "easy" interviews, some people have "hard" interviews. If you're serious about the possibility of coming to this school, you need to prepare for some ethics questions and some pretty detailed questions on your extra curriculars." Report Response
