"The facilities are amazing. If you are a high tech kinda person, NSU is for you. Their boards pass rate, residency matches are excellent. " Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"The interview was very distant. One of the interviewers went out of his way to correct my pronounciation of "osteopathy" and then later pronounced it the same way I had earlier. Played good-cop, bac-cop instead of getting to know me. I also do not like south florida, if you could take this school out from it and put it in another state, it would be the perfect school. You also cant leave fl on your 3rd year so you're stuck. " Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"How big the place is! It is up and coming. I think that the only shortcoming NSU has is that it is so young, once it gets the reputation and the connections, it will become a very competitive school. " Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Overall, I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the actual interview. I also felt like I was in an infomercial trying to sell me the school the whole time. The students seemed friendly and nice but you could see a lot of the glitzy aspects of the miami-like life in the school. The caliber of the education and the facilities are top notch. The rotation opportunities are good and their residency matches are great. " Report Response
