"The fact that you have to go to Harlingen to get one-on-one experiences. You can get this at other school without having to move. Also, most Texas medical schools have changed their curriculum a long time ago to reflect the current trends in teaching medicine. This school is only changing their curriculum because their accreditation agency said they have to." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"Warning: This is the most confusing medical school campus I have ever been to. Allow plenty of time to get to your interview just in case. In fact, one of the other interviewees became lost and ended up in a locked mental ward!" Report Response

"This is probably the least impressive of the UT schools. Of course, I will be thrilled to be there if this is where I get matched to however" Report Response
