What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"That lunch was a private engagement with students and the dean rather than a haphazard arrangement in the cafeteria as I had usually encountered at other schools. So rather than find the group, I took my own little tour of the facilities and headed back to the admissions office for the formal tour. " Report Response

"The interview really felt like a conversation and not an interrogation. We shared a mutual interest in trauma care and talked at great length on the subject. " Report Response
