"Read through SDN feedback, though I was not asked any questions about ethics. I suspect this is because they were more interested in using the time to talk about my life experiences." Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"The facilities and the enthusiasm everyone has about the Kenya program." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"Based on the other interviewees I met and my interviewer's reaction to my file, I am guessing I am pretty non-traditional for Indiana. Most people who attend IU have lived in-state their whole lives. I fear the class would not be very diverse not just in terms of race, but also in terms of world view, life experiences, etc." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"That although they offer an MD/MPH, most people do not complete the MPH while they are in med school (according to my interviewer). They are likely to wait until they begin residency." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Overall, I left with a good feeling. I would be happy to go to IUSM if I should be accepted. I have no doubt the education and training will be excellent. My only reservation would be the diversity of my classmates." Report Response
