"Unprofessionalism ( even in person ) of some of the staff, such as secretaries. I'm not saying they're all like that, just the 2 I had contact with." Report Response

"There were only 3 of us, 2 interviewees didn't make it. We took a tour of about 25-30 min and then came back to the admissions office for the interviews. Then each of us patiently waited our turn since there's only one interview session at a time." Report Response
