"That I had to stand at the center of the room before I said I wanted to go to Yale for it to work :) (see library traditions)" Report Response
"So one of my interviewers was this really fascinating psychologist. He was also the most challenging interview, because his format caught me a bit off guard. He basically psychoanalyzed me, and by the end of the interview he had this huge map of data on me, with connecting points, etc. It actually kind of made me interested in psychiatry, as I work in a behavioral oriented lab, because he had such a piercing way of seeing through you. He actually made me realize a lot of things about myself that I never knew, but as he said "This is just what you told me, I didn't do this." It was a challenging interview at first, because it caught me off guard. At the same time, I really enjoyed it a lot, and of all the interviews that I've ever had, I can say that this one was easily the most satisfying in knowing that I accurately represented myself. No wishing that I had done things differently. If I don't get into Yale, I can accept that I just wasn't what they were looking for, but at least I won't worry that if I had done better, I would have gotten in. No regrets baby!" Report Response
