"Day starts with lunch with a few students, then general comments from someone on the admissions committee, then 2 30-minute interviews - one with a student, one with a faculty member. I'm sure it varies with each interviewer, but it was pretty laid back and there weren't too many confusing/shocking questions (not even one about healthcare or ethics).
