"1.) If I were working with you on a team to solve a problem, why would I be glad to have you on my team? 2.) If you were working with someone senior to you and saw them do something that you knew was wrong, how would you handle it? 3.) How would you handle it if you were confronted by someone telling you that you did something wrong or made the wrong decision that negatively impacted a patient?" "I wouldn't classify any of the questions as difficult, but the most complex/involved question was as follows: Suppose you had a patient that was under your care for a long time and you developed a strong relationship with that patient. Now suppose that patient decided not to follow your medical advice/prescribed treatments and it was adversely affecting his health to the point where he could end up very sick and/or die. Would you take it personally? How would you deal with your patient? Do you think that you would take this home with you at night or could you "leave it at the office?""
