The Blake E. Fought Memorial Scholarship

The Blake E. Fought Memorial Scholarship was established by the moderation staff of the Student Doctor Network in honor of a young man whose bright life was cut tragically short at the age of 19. Blake Fought, son of Mark and longtime SDN volunteer Amy B. Fought, passed away on March 2, 2007. The scholarship endowment was conceived as a way to provide a lasting memorial to Blake and a tribute to the Fought family. The scholarship will provide financial assistance to deserving students at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
