This also happened to me and I was also told by our ERAS lady at school that if a program downloads your picture an interview is on its way... and then I got a rejection from one program that had my picture. So, now I am not so sure and also dissapointed after seeing how many pictures I have...

I am also a third year who just completed an anesthesia rotation. I honestly thought it was an amazing specialty - but had similar experiences with all the CRNAs. I am going to try another rotation during year 4 at another hospital to hopefully gain a different perspective... but i have ot say...
